Challenge Fees
Challenge fees are non-refundable once the challenge account has been activated. This policy ensures fair evaluation for all participants.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent access to the trading platform
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Accounts not activated within 14 days of purchase
