Challenge Fees

Challenge fees are non-refundable once the challenge account has been activated. This policy ensures fair evaluation for all participants.

  • Technical issues that prevent access to the trading platform
  • Duplicate purchases made in error
  • Accounts not activated within 14 days of purchase
